No Motorized travel on trails, in ROWs or in the Parks

The trails are strictly for non-motorized travel. This is for safety and to keep maintenance costs down.

Keep ROWs Clear

ROWs are 25 feet from the center of the existing road on all roads except Silver Creek Road. Silver Creek Road ROW is 50 feet from the center of the existing road.

Please Keep Culverts Clear

Periodically check and clear your culverts. They are vital in keeping the area from flooding during the wet season and unusually warm days in the winter. If your culverts are not cleared and cause damage, you may be liable for repairs/clearing them.

No Commercial parking allowed at Mailbox Lot

Commercial parking is not allowed at the Mailbox area/lot. Your vehicle may be towed.

Please keep Trash & Recycle bins off of roads

Please keep Trash & Recycle bins off of roads. Republic Services will pick up when on your driveway edge. Bins on roads inhibit snow plowing efforts and general traffic flow.
